How can you help me with signing up delegates for my course?

You’ll provide us with the description and any additional details required for Eventbrite. We’ll take care of inputting this information on your behalf and managing any ensuing responses.

How will you research and find venues suitable for my needs?

We’ll hold a meeting on Zoom to address your needs. We’ll conduct thorough research on venues through Google searches, narrowing down options to three that we deem appropriate. Following this, we’ll present you with a report detailing these three choices, allowing you to select the one that best fits your preferences.

How do you keep in touch with the delegates before, during and after the course?

We dispatch both pre and post-course emails. The pre-course email contains details such as the date, time, and course contents. The post-course email includes a heartfelt thank-you message for attending along with all the necessary next steps you wish them to take.

How do you manage the course schedule and make sure everyone knows when sessions are happening?

Participants will be sent a pre-course email containing essential information, including details on where to go, what’s included in the course materials, and any necessary links if they are attending their training via Zoom. Additionally, they will receive a text or email reminder 24-48 hours before their session begins.

Can you help create and organise course materials like presentations and handouts?

Certainly! We create a variety of course materials, including manuals, workbooks, handouts, and PowerPoint presentations. We utilise either the Microsoft suite or Canva for this purpose.

How do you ensure everything runs smoothly during online course sessions, like helping with technical issues?

If you’ve scheduled me to attend an online training session, I’ll ensure all participants are admitted promptly at the agreed-upon time, including any late arrivals, to maintain the flow without interruption. I’ll be available to address any participant queries via the chat feature and assist with setting up breakout rooms and polls as needed.

How do you collect feedback from Participants to make the courses better?

Before the course begins, I’ll design a feedback form using Google Forms including all questions you want to receive feedback on.  This form will be emailed to each delegate either during or shortly after the event, requesting completion and return. You’ll receive a report once sufficient data has been collected.

How do you handle setting up for courses, like getting the venue ready or distributing materials?

Due to the virtual nature of the role, we regret that we cannot be physically present at the venue. Nonetheless, we do send the venue an event checklist. They fill this out on the morning of the event prior to your arrival, and once completed, it’s emailed back to us. This ensures that everything is set up and ready for your training or coaching session to begin upon your arrival.

How do you make sure everything gets done on time for the course?

For every course we coordinate, we create an event plan that outlines the specific deadlines for each aspect of the process.
