Download our Task Definer Worksheet.  By utilising this Task Definer and completing the exercises, you can effectively determine which tasks require immediate delegation and which ones can be postponed.

  1. In the “Non-Money Making” column, list tasks that do not contribute to your revenue.
  2. Then, in the “Like to Complete” column, note tasks from the previous list that you prefer doing yourself.
  3. Transfer any tasks you lack time for or tend to procrastinate on to the “No Time/Procrastination” column. From there, identify which tasks you wish to delegate to others.

Easier all round.

Step 4.

Entails researching potential VAs on social media platforms like LinkedIn or Instagram to gauge compatibility and shared values. Additionally, explore their websites for more insights.

Step 5.

Take action by reaching out to potential VAs, booking review calls, and discussing your requirements to determine compatibility.
