A Word From Our Founder
Why am I here and why do I want to see Independent Trainers and Coaches Succeed?
My career in corporate was always within admin, however whenever helping organise training, I realised I had a real passion for it.
Jump to 2018, and I took a leap into self-employment. Started my Virtual Assistant business, focusing on supporting trainers and coaches. There’s something special about being part of that process, even if I’m not the one in the spotlight. I believe….. Knowledge is a powerful thing, you gain it, then it gets filed away and it’s there when you need it in the future.
Over this period, we’ve supported 15 trainers and coaches with their businesses. Now, that number might not seem huge to some, but here’s the scoop: Four of those relationships have been long-term, while the others required more short ad hoc administrative assistance. I believe the best way to benefit from our services is to view us as a long-term partner in your business. That’s where we can really make strides toward achieving the results you’re aiming for.
The Future of My Admin Dept.
Now, about the plan: My business has been steady for the past few years. Sure, we had to navigate through the pandemic, but we, like many other business’ made it work. And now, I’m looking to expand and help even more trainers and coaches thrive.
So, what’s the strategy? Well, if things start getting hectic, I will bring in some extra help. Whether that means hiring staff (a bit nerve-wracking, I must say) or bringing on associate virtual assistants, the goal remains the same: delivering top-notch service to our clients.

Our Process
We begin by conducting an initial consultation with you to understand your specific needs and requirements for organising your courses. This could include the types of courses you offer, the number of participants, scheduling preferences, and any other relevant details.
We help you with scheduling your courses and managing your calendar. This includes coordinating with you to find suitable dates and times for the courses, booking venues, ensuring they have everything on the day by sending them an event checklist or setting up virtual meeting platforms (Zoom), and ensuring that all logistical arrangements are in place.
We communicate with delegates on your behalf. This includes sending out pre & post course emails and email/text reminders, providing course materials and resources, and addressing any questions or concerns that participants may have.
We provide administrative support to you throughout the course duration. This could involve tasks such as managing registrations made through Eventbrite, maintaining attendance records, and issuing certificates of completion
If the courses are conducted online via virtual meeting platforms (Zoom), we provide technical assistance to both you and the participants. This could include helping with setting up virtual meeting platforms, letting participants in (including any late arrivals) troubleshooting technical issues during the course sessions, setting up breakout rooms and Polls and ensuring a smooth online learning experience for everyone involved.
After each course, we gather feedback from participants and assist you in evaluating the effectiveness of the course. This feedback can be used to make improvements for future courses and ensure high levels of participant satisfaction.
We maintain any documentation related to the courses, including for example, attendance records and feedback forms. We also prepare reports summarising key metrics from these reports and the outcomes from the courses for you.
